Breathwork is a practice where you use intentional breathing patterns to influence your mind and body. Instead of letting your breath run automatically, you guide it—often slowly, deeply, or rhythmically—to create specific mental and physical states. In other words the breath becomes the focus and the tool.
There are different types of breathwork practices, but what we will be offering is called circular breathing. This is a continuous, unbroken pattern of breathing where the inhale flows into the exhale, and the exhale flows directly back into the inhale—without pauses. Circular breathing activates the nervous system in a unique way by creating a kind of loop or “circle” of breath. This technique can shift your state of consciousness in noticeable ways because it changes both oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in your body. This can quiet the default network mode and create a more open, less filtered awareness or meditative / trance-like state.

A sound bath is an immersive, meditative, full-body listening experience in which participants are gently “bathed” in resonant sounds and vibrations created by instruments, in this case the crystal singing bowls.
These sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and gentle restoration while honoring both the body’s natural intelligence and the psyche’s natural capacity to heal. The therapeutic sounds and frequencies of the singing bowls are believed to facilitate subtle yet profound shifts within the physical and energetic body. The repetitive tones can help guide your brain toward Alpha waves (relaxed, calm focus) and Theta waves (dreamlike, meditative, creative states). Just like with breathwork, a sound bath can help quiet the default mode network and invite a meditative or altered state of consciousness.
